Data Analyst

                                                  Job Description:
- Build, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI) for Finance, ERP, Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce.
 - Translate business needs into data models, metrics, and clear visuals; document definitions and logic.
 - Explore and validate data quality; perform ad-hoc analyses and deliver concise insights and recommendations.
 - Develop robust semantic models (star schema), DAX measures, and efficient Power Query (M) transformations.
 - Write performant SQL for data extraction and transformation; collaborate with Data Engineers on Lake/Lakehouse assets.
 - Contribute to KPI governance, report lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of analytics standards.
 
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data/BI Analyst.
 - Strong Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and solid SQL; basics of Python/R are a plus.
 - Experience with Finance, ERP, Sales & Marketing, or eCommerce data – preferred.
 - Understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake), KPI design, and data quality practices.
 - Familiarity with Azure ecosystem (Data Lake/Databricks/Synapse) is an advantage.
 - Excellent business English (C1); German is a plus.
 - Proactive communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders and challenging assumptions.
